Windoze NT, 2000, (and soon 9x), IP utility. Provides a GUI front-end to the ipconfig CLI tool. Enables one to release and renew DHCP leases, view IP settings, and view the routing table. Requires the user to be logged in with sufficient privileges (either as an Administrator, or Power User).

More documentation will follow, eventually, but not much is needed, really. Simply launch the program, and click the buttons. The program is a single file that may be placed anywhere in one's path, or a shortcut installed somewhere convenient.
